Whereas, The Senate of Pennsylvania takes great pride in recognizing those organizations which, through adherence to the highest standards of service, contribute in a meaningful way toward a better and more productive society; and

Whereas, The Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association is being honored with an Outstanding Community Contribution Award by W&E Arts, LLC, at the Free Library of Philadelphia during a Lunar New Year Celebration, which will be held on February 5, 2025; and

Whereas, Founded in 2015, the Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association is dedicated to the promotion of Chinese culture and Chinese heritage conservation. Through the efforts of the Chinese Choir and the Melody Dance Troupe, the association has elevated Chinese folk music and dance heritage but has forged enduring connections with the broader community.

Over the past decade, the Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association has hosted the Yellow River Cantata Concert, the Chinese New Year celebration, the Sounds of Spring Concert, and the Golden Autumn Concerts, featuring world-class artists. The association has represented Philadelphia on the international level, earning top awards in the North American Youth National Dance Competition and participating in prestigious art festivals.

Active in its community, the Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association is renowned for its artistic excellence in its productions and outreach programs. Throughout its history, the association has continuously inspired and united diverse audiences through its innovative cultural initiatives.

Now therefore, The Senate of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania congratulates the Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association upon its richly deserved honor and extends warmest wishes for a future replete with ever-increasing success.

And directs That a copy of this document, sponsored by Senator Carolyn T. Comitta and Senator John I. Kane, be transmitted to the Philadelphia Melody Performing Arts Association.

鉴于，费城旋律艺术团将于2025年2月5日农历新年庆典期间，在费城自由图书馆接受W&E艺术有限公司颁发的杰出社区贡献奖；

鉴于，费城旋律艺术团自2015年成立以来，始终致力于推广中国文化和传承中华文化遗产。通过旗下中华合唱团与旋律舞蹈团的卓越工作，该协会不仅弘扬了中国民族音乐与舞蹈艺术瑰宝，更与社区各界建立了持久联系。

在过去十年间，费城旋律艺术团成功举办了黄河大合唱音乐会、春节庆典、春之声音乐会和金秋音乐会等重大文化活动，邀请世界级艺术家同台献艺。协会代表费城在国际舞台屡获殊荣，先后斩获北美青少年民族舞蹈大赛最高奖项，并受邀参加多个国际知名艺术节。

作为社区文化中坚力量，费城旋律艺术团以其精湛的艺术造诣和深入社区的公益项目广受赞誉。协会始终以创新文化项目激励人心，凝聚多元观众群体。

因此，宾夕法尼亚州参议院谨向费城旋律艺术团荣获此项实至名归的荣誉表示热烈祝贺，并衷心祝愿贵机构未来取得更加辉煌的成就。
